We are very proud to be working with a range of clients in 2008. The scope of our current projects includes:

• National mentoring pilot for healthcare - this project has some 200 participants and includes three methods of mentoring: 1:1 relationships, mentoring groups an d mentoring circles. This innovative program also incorporates online mentoring technology provided through the AMC online mentoring portal.

• National mentoring initiatives supporting nursing students. This initiative, now in its fourth year, continues to link nursing students with industry based mentors. It also uses a broad range of mentoring and mainstream technology support systems. 
   
• Corporate mentoring initiatives including:
  • Graduate mentoring
  • Trainee mentoring
  • Open career development mentoring
  • Management development mentoring
  • Group mentoring.

• Not-for-profit mentoring initiatives incorporating a peer mentoring approach in a group mentoring model.
   
• Mentoring circle initiative incorporating the Exemplary Leadership framework by Kouzes and Posner.

Alongside this scope of mentoring projects, we are involved on a daily basis in the provision of mentoring education programs and consultancy on mentoring.
