The Talking Mentoring Fact Sheet Library is a growing educational library of one-page fact sheets to enhance naturally occurring mentoring relationships in the workplace AND to provide additional support to your formal mentoring program participants.
The library currently consists of 20 fact sheets and will grow significantly again in 2011.
Sample titles include:

- How to find a mentor
- A successful mentoring relationship needs

- Emotional intelligence in the mentoring relationship
The fact sheets are designed to be very user friendly and provide workplaces with access to a range of contemporary topics that connect with and support the mentoring relationship.
