Web Based Mentoring and Productivity

Triple Creek Associates in their Report: Web-based Mentoring’s Impact on Retention and Productivity show a strong link between web based mentoring activities the productivity of individuals within an organisation. Of the respondents who spent one hour or more per month on their mentoring relationship, 93% reported that mentoring had a positive impact on factors of retention, and 89% indicated that mentoring had a positive impact of factors of productivity.
